Our enquiry form helps you organise the details. You review your summary and choose whether to send it from your own email app.

Preparing an enquiry

The wholesale and catering forms work in your browser. They do not upload your entries to a form receiving service, save them in browser storage or add them to the website address. Your details are used on the page to prepare a readable enquiry summary.

Opening your email app

Choosing “Open email” passes the recipient, subject and enquiry summary to your email app. The recipient is enquiry@vcyogurt.com.au. The draft includes the contact details and preferences you entered. Review everything in your email app, then choose Send when you are ready.

Opening the draft also tries to copy the complete summary to your device clipboard as a backup. You can use “Copy enquiry” or copy the text yourself if your email app leaves out the message. For a long enquiry, the mail link may open with only the recipient and subject; paste the complete summary into that draft before sending.

If you do not have an email app configured, copy the summary into an email you create yourself. Opening a draft or copying text does not send an email, confirm receipt or place an order. This website cannot see whether you send the email or whether it reaches the store.

When you email us

Your email shares the details you include with VC Yogurt so we can discuss your enquiry and quote. Your email provider also handles the message under its own privacy practices. For questions about information you have sent us, email enquiry@vcyogurt.com.au.

School and dietary enquiries

Please provide group-level requirements only. Do not enter student names, dates of birth or individual medical records. Discuss ingredients and dietary suitability with our team before ordering.

Analytics and external links

This website has no analytics, advertising trackers, newsletter subscription or embedded map configured. Links to Uber Eats and Google Maps open external services with their own privacy practices.
